Cancellation and Refund Rules

Patients may cancel or reschedule consultations up to 4 hours before the scheduled time slot for a full refund or token transfer. If an appointment is cancelled by the hospital due to medical emergency, a full 100% refund is processed back to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.
